Planned paid-plan report policy
ONE SUCCESSFUL GENERATE = ONE REPORT
A successful teacher-usable Writing Feedback Generate uses at most one Feedback Report.
RETRIES DO NOT DOUBLE-CHARGE
Internal retries and failed ThinkTorch generations do not use an additional customer report.
INCLUDED REPORTS
Included reports are planned for the annual plan year and do not roll over at annual renewal.
PACK REPORTS
Unused purchased Feedback Report Pack reports are planned to carry forward across renewal and lapse until used. An active annual ThinkTorch subscription is required to use them.
